Married 1980, to Mary Cold Egan, Retired at OPS/now teaches at University Med Center, Children with Long-Term Illnesses. I have three children: Christopher, Kathleen, and Moira. Rummell 1971 Graduate. US Navy veteran, Vietnam veteran, USS Ranger 72-74, Former wrestler, Creighton rugby player, and a former soccer coach at St. Leo’s. I also teach a Home Buyers Seminar. Once a month I cook for the St. Frances House. Christopher is a graduate of Dana College, Katie is a student at Wayne State and Moira is a student at Briar Cliff. I am also a member of ST. Leo’s Catholic Church, the Knights of Columbus, and Vietnam Vets of America. I was also the former President of Lindenwood Homeowners Association, and Owner/Manager of a Private Office; 6068 Maple NP Dodge. With all this, in 2007, Chris Egan entered the Father-Son selling team of Dave and Chris Egan and Chris sold over 1 million his first year and I experienced my best sales year of 9.3 million in volume.
