Linda is very proud to say that she has been a successful real estate agent with NP Dodge for 27 years. She has seen the market in good times and in bad. During this time she has helped many clients purchase homes in Omaha, Papillion, Elkhorn, Ralston, Millard, Bellevue, and Gretna therefore by doing so she is very knowledgeable about the entire Omaha metro area. Linda enjoys helping people fulfill their dreams when buying and selling a home and would love to help you as well. Linda has helped move many of her clients over the years and is proud to say that most of them have become good friends. It is very important today to have an agent that will keep up on all the changes being made in the real estate business. This includes the constantly changing mortgage industry. Linda takes great pride in constantly educating herself. By doing so she has earned the following designations, GRI (a member of the Graduate Realtors Institute) and CRS (Certifies Residential Specialist). She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, Nebraska Association of Realtors, Omaha Area Board of Realtors, and the Women’s Council of Realtors. While Linda is not busy helping others she enjoys spending time with her six children and seven grandchildren. She was a graduate of Ralston High School and lived in the Turtle Creek area for 14 years while raising her children. Since then she now resides in the Tiburon area with her husband and team partner Pat Lichter.
