- Why am I a real estate agent?
When I was younger, I enjoyed going to open houses with my parents. Even now, after showing so many homes to my clients, I still love look at homes. I have seen thousands of homes online, and I never get tired of looking at homes. I think it is fun! I am also a people person. I enjoy helping people and getting to know my clients along the way. Just this past weekend I had a client tell me that I am like family. What a complement! I am a real estate agent because I love everything about real estate, helping people, and getting to know my clients.
- Why should you choose me to sell your house?
I will make the selling process enjoyable. Selling a house shouldn’t be stressful. My goal is to make selling your house as easy for you as possible. I am easy to get along with. Customer service is my number one goal. I will listen and respect you and your wishes. Also, I have many effective ways of marketing your home. If you choose me as your real estate agent, you will get professional photography, videography, and staging for no extra charge. On top of that, my husband is owner of Tiller Homes (remodeling and construction), and he gives my clients discounts for remodeling and repairs. I also love open houses. Some agents hate doing open houses and refuse to do them. Not me! I think they are highly effective. I like to say I earn my commission because I work so hard for it. My clients can testify to that. My goal is to sell your house as quickly as possible and as close to the asking price as possible. Although, I am perfectly happy getting way over asking price too. For all these reasons and so many more, you should choose me as your real estate agent because I will sell your house!

Finding a house is easier when you are working with a real estate agent. You have an extra set of professional eyes looking at homes for you. I will also help educate you whether you are buying your first home or considering buying an investment property, I will help you with any questions you have. I am on your side. It is important to be represented by an honest real estate agent who has your best interests in mind. Also, I am a part of a network of professional real estate agents, so I know when houses are about to come on the market before the public knows about them. I can send you automated homes that fit your criteria the second the home hits the market. I can show you any home anytime. Working with one real estate agent, like myself, throughout the whole process will make your life so much easier. Instead of telling every agent you meet what you are looking for in a home, you will tell me one time, and I will keep looking at homes for you until we find the perfect one. Once again, I will listen to your wants and needs. I am a lifetime agent. My goal is to not only sell you a home, but when it comes time for you to move, I want to help you sell your house. I also want to help your friends and family too. I’m looking forward to the day when I help 5 generations buy and sell homes. Like I said, I’m a life time agent, and I want to be your agent for life!
