When I was younger, I enjoyed going to open houses with my parents. Even now, after seeing hundreds of homes, I still love looking at homes. I am also a people person. I enjoy helping people and getting to know my clients along the way. Just this past weekend I had a client tell me that I am like family. What a complement! I am a real estate agent because I love everything about real estate, helping people, and getting to know my clients.
I will make the selling process enjoyable. Selling a house shouldn’t be stressful. My goal is to make selling your house as easy for you as possible. I am easy to get along with. Customer service is my number one goal. I will listen and respect you and your wishes. Also, I have many effective ways of marketing your home. If you choose me as your real estate agent, you will get professional photography, videography, and staging for no extra charge. On top of that, my husband is owner of Tiller Homes (remodeling and construction), and he gives my clients discounts for remodeling and repairs. I also love open houses. Some agents hate doing open houses and refuse to do them. Not me! I think they are highly effective. I like to say I earn my commission because I work so hard for it. My clients can testify to that. My goal is to sell your house as quickly as possible and as close to the asking price as possible. Although, I am perfectly happy getting way over asking price too. (Which has happend multiple times this year.) For all these reasons and so many more, you should choose me as your real estate agent because I will sell your house!

I will also help educate you whether you are buying your first home or considering buying an investment property, I will help you with any questions you have. I am on your side. Also, I am a part of a network of professional real estate agents, so I know when houses are about to come on the market before the public knows about them.
