There’s nothing we like more than the chance to explore Omaha’s local restaurants, wine lounges and breweries! Our culinary scene is constantly expanding and it seems like there is always something new on the menu. And when we can enjoy some of our favorite bites and cocktails at a discounted price — pure bliss.

We gathered up our favorite happy hour deals that are worth trying out around town, ranging from half-priced growler fills to dollar oysters. Whether you’re a foodie, a visitor or just someone who enjoys discounted glasses of wine, you’ll find something on this list to enjoy!

Happy hour: Daily 2-6 pm

This modern locavore eatery is one of our favorite places in Omaha for a delicious farm-to-table meal! Although the menu is crafted with ingredients sourced from the area, the inspiration comes from all over the world. Happy hour deals include $5-$7 cocktails, $6 wine, $4 draft beer, and $3 PBR tall boys as well as a limited food menu — the perfect accompaniments to a great lunch or dinner!


Plank Seafood Provisions

1205 Howard Street, Omaha
Happy hour: Monday-Saturday 3-6:30 pm, Sunday noon-8 pm

There’s a reason Plank Seafood Provisions landed on our list of the best seafood restaurants in Omaha. The food is inventive, the fish is incredibly fresh and the atmosphere is second to none. Baela Rose

The setting is enough to bring us back to Baela Rose time and time again. The beamed ceilings, brick interior and beautiful hanging lights make for an inviting atmosphere that is modern, chic and rustic all at once! Of course, the food is the real show-stopper here, which is why it landed on our list of the best farm-to-table restaurants in Omaha. Happy hour features $5 select beverages and an excellent selection of discounted shareables. Come by on Wednesday or Sunday to enjoy happy hour all evening plus half-priced bottles of wine!


Beacon Hills

6750 Mercy Road, Omaha
Happy hour: Monday-Friday 2-6 pm

Situated in the heart of Omaha’s Aksarben Village, Beacon Hills offers a wide variety of happy hour specials every weekday from 2-6 pm. You can order a few discounted appetizers for the table (crab cakes, tomato basil dip, polenta fries — oh my) and accompany your choice with a selection from the drinks menu. Local drafts are $4, Bud Light drafts are $3, and house wine and select cocktails are $6. Beacon Hills is also located in one of Omaha’s most up-and-coming neighborhoods, so make sure to explore the area while you’re there!


Brickway Brewery & Distillery

1116 Jackson Street, Omaha
Happy hour: Monday-Thursday 2-7 pm, all day Sunday

Brickway Brewery & Distillery, located in the Old Market District, brews and distills everything in house! You can enjoy more than 15 beers and more than six spirits in the tasting room, which is open seven days a week and offers a full food menu. Make sure to hop on a tour Thursday through Sunday to get an inside look at how the magic is made. Happy hour is offered from Monday through Thursday from 2-7 pm and all day on Sunday, during which you can snag one of the session beers on tap for just $4. Additionally, the brewery offers half-priced growler fills on Fridays!



3125 South 72nd Street, Omaha
Happy hour: Daily 4-6 pm

You’re already familiar with the delicious flatbreads, expansive wine list and juicy steaks that set Spezia apart from other eateries. It’s one of the best spots in town for a romantic evening, and also one of the places we would recommend taking out-of-town guests. Happy hour runs daily from 4-6 pm and includes half-priced beer, wine and cocktails, 25% off of flatbreads, and a selection of discounted appetizers.


Herbe Sainte

Happy hour: Monday 4-10 pm, Tuesday-Thursday 4-6 pm, Friday-Saturday 10 pm-midnight

Herbe Sainte is one of our favorite places for a fun night out, featuring inventive cocktails, delicious bar bites and Cajun flair. Happy hour deals include $1 off all beers, a daily cocktail special for just 46, $5 house fines and 25% off all fresh fish (including oysters)! Plus, if you’re out late on Friday or Saturday, Herbe Sainte also offers a reverse happy hour from 10 pm to midnight.


Hook & Lime

735 North 24th Street, Omaha
Happy hour: Tuesday-Saturday 3-5 pm, Friday-Saturday 9-11 pm, all day Sunday.

Hook & Lime opened its doors in 2017, but has already established itself as a favorite among locals. This modern and airy spot serves up seafood-centric Mexican street food alongside cocktails and tequila. During happy hour, the bar offers a Tecate beer and tequila shot for $6 total, margaritas for $5.50, Mexican beers for $3, wines by the glass for $5 and well tequila shots for $3.50. If you’re hungry, you can also snag a torta (Mexican sandwich) and a side for $10, a salsa trio for $6 and a couple of a la carte tacos for $3 each.


Le Bouillon

1017 Howard Street, Omaha
Happy hour: Tuesday-Saturday, 3-6 pm

This industrial-chic spot in Omaha’s Old Market is known for its lush patio, French comfort food, raw bar and Sunday brunch, but also for its unbeatable happy hour! During this magical time, oysters go for $1.25, tartines for $3, and select wine and drinks for just $5. It’s the perfect opportunity to enjoy upscale dining on a budget.


Corkscrew Wine and Cheese

Happy hour: Daily 3-7 pm and all day on Sunday

This neighborhood hot spot is known for its carefully curated wine list, its flavorful selection of cheese and charcuterie, and its sun-splashed patio. Happy hour runs daily from 3-7 pm and all day on Sunday, and features $5 keg wine, $1 off draft beers and $4 bruschetta (at the Blackstone location). Of course, even if you miss happy hour, there are still plenty of affordable items on the menu!

Jams is a favorite among locals and visitors alike, offering a melting pot of different styles and varieties of food all crafted with high-quality ingredients. Nosh Restaurant and Wine Lounge

Nosh is the place to be if you’re enjoying a night out in Omaha’s new Capitol District! This elegant lounge offers high-quality wines from all over the globe alongside small plates and entrées.
