Dina Tilgner

Dina Tilgner is the President and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the leadership and execution of organizational objectives at the NP Dodge Company. This includes strategic leadership to define the company’s vision and culture, identifying opportunities for business expansion and growth, promoting a positive, inclusive, and productive work culture for all employees and providing financial oversight of the company.

Dina is passionate about evaluating company performance, developing strategies to improve customer service and results, enhancing the efficiency of internal and external operational processes and fostering a culture of innovation to ensure the company maintains a competitive edge.

Prior to joining the NP Dodge Company in 2018, Dina worked at Union Pacific Railroad for twenty-six years where she held a variety of positions in Finance, Human Resources and Strategic Planning.

Dina holds two degrees, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, both from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. She has been active on Boards for the United Way of the Midlands, Methodist Foundation, Fontenelle Forest and Streamliner Federal Credit Union.

Dina has two sons and has lived in the Omaha community for over thirty-five years.
