Nate Dodge

Nate is the fifth generation Dodge to serve as an officer and president of NP Dodge Company which was founded by his great-great grandfather in 1855. NP Dodge Company has six wholly owned divisions:  NP Dodge Real Estate Sales, Inc., Dodge Partners Insurance, NEI Global Relocation, TitleCore National LLC, NP Dodge Property Management Company and NAI NP Dodge Commercial Company.  NP Dodge Company is the longest running real estate company in the United States and one of the 100 oldest family owned businesses in the United States.  All divisions within the NP Dodge Company share the same set of values and are committed to perpetuating the traditions of exceeding customer expectations and striving for excellence. 

After earning his BA in economics at Tufts University, Nate held the following positions at the Federal National Mortgage Association in Washington, D.C.: Senior Housing Analyst, Senior Training Analyst and Rural Product Manager. He helped develop, market and manage various loan programs for Fannie Mae.  He returned to Omaha to join the family at NP Dodge Company in 1993.
