What are people saying about working with Chris?
"Chris, Wanted to thank you for helping us find our home. We had some pretty specific requests, + you were able to find a place that met all of them. You were so thorough on the details + such a good advocate for us during the negotiations, it took a lot of stress off our shoulders! And thank you also for your patience! I know I had a million questions + wanted to read every document three times! You did a great job of walking us through the entire process. We definitely appreciated it as first-time home buyers. We love our new home + can't thank you enough! All the best."
We are a large, extended and blended family who moved to Omaha in September 2017. We had an extremely tight timeline...and our stipulations for our home's location were being within minutes of Children's Hospital and an excellent school district. When I talked with different realtors, some were of the opinion THEY knew what we wanted instead of what we said, where we really wanted to live and price apparently not of any concern. Finally, I talked with Chris Robertson of NP Dodge Real Estate who listened and understood. This for us is a key point to any home purchase. He understood the medical condition and we told him with such a time limit we were unable to fly in to preview homes. We listed what we needed, told him price range and whatever house/neighborhood where he would want to raise his family, thats what we needed.

They say, selling a house and moving is a very stressful time, especially for elderly people who have lived in cared for, and loved a house for over 35 years. Well, Chris Robertson and his NP Dodge team made it painless and easy!! From the initial Listing Agreement to the Final Settlement Chris performed his duties in a timely manner and kept us totally informed of all actions. Chris sponsored an open house for all interested real estate associates, handled all advertising, and promptly followed up actions with prospective buyers. He gave us good advice and made the sale of our house a positive experience. Thank you Chris Robertson!!

Dear Mr. Robertson, Thank you for all the US flags you planted in Wood Valley. My husband and I loved your patriotic gesture. Good Bless America!

As a single father of a young boy, living in an apartment for seven years was losing its appeal. Sure it was nice not having to mow or shovel snow, but it never really felt like a home. At least not the kind of home I envisioned raising my son in. On top of that, I wondered how much money I was throwing away renting an apartment and not putting that money into something I would ultimately own. After deciding to purchase my own house, my mortgage broker put me in touch with a realtor he recommended. I'm not sure if it was because I was looking for for homes in the low dollar range or if I was becoming too much of an annoyance, but my realtor ended up flaking on me. She stopped responding to my messages and told my broker to tell me she was "too busy" to work with me. That's when Christ Robertson swooped in and saved the day. I ran into him at a home showing and we hit it off so well that I asked Chris to help me find me and my son a home. It was a tough battle filled with ups and downs in a time when the market was so outrageously in favor of the seller. One house we liked had 27 offers in the first day it was on the market. But Chris stuck through it all, never for a second leaving me in doubt. He answered every call, responded to every email, and worked around my busy 50 hour a week work schedule by showing me homes on nights and weekends. When the smoked cleared from Chris' nonstop battling for me, I ended up with a great home in which to raise my son and a lifetime friend in Chris Robertson. Thank you so much for all your hard work, Chris.
