Welcome, Dan Adams here! 

I am a musician who has owned and managed  real estate all my life. Real estate is a fundamental building block when building wealth-- just as the musical note “C” is the fundamental “root” when building a C Major Chord,  I have been a licensed realtor in Washington D.C, Maryland, Virginia and Nebraska.

Wealth building begins with your first home. As the song goes, “Be it ever so humble, there is no place like home” to build your equity. 

Uncle Sam wants us to succeed by giving property owners tax deductions and incentives. He also provides  “First Time Buyer" programs, FHA and VA loans as well as FANNIE MAE programs.  

I enjoy helping you build wealth, finding your starter home, dream home and/or investment property, (If you would like to talk about music theory, I would enjoy that, too!)

You can catch me Monday nights rehearsing with The River City Mixed Chorus.  We go to Old Chicago after rehearsal.  A great place to chew the fat and talk about music and real estate!  

On Sunday mornings find me at MCC Church playing with the praise band or conducting the choir. We can chat at  coffee hour, and if you like you can follow me over to an open house Sunday afternoon.

Although I have invested in properties in several states, my heart and roots are in Omaha.  I attended Dundee Elementary School, Lewis & Clark Middle School and have  Master's degree from the University of Nebraska Omaha.
