About Me
Jill Anderson is a native Nebraskan and graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She began her real estate career in Arizona during 1996. While in Arizona, Jill successfully ran her own commercial real estate company with the support of her husband. In 2004, Jill and her family returned to Nebraska. She began her career at NP Dodge as an Assistant Manager then advanced to Broker Manager, General Sales Manager, and now serves as President of the Residential division of NP Dodge Company.
As president, Jill works closely with the division’s managing brokers and executive team to ensure all agent services, educational resources, marketing, technology, training, and relocation are operating at the highest levels to sustain the Company’s culture of agent development, empowerment and success.
Jill serves on several committees with the Omaha Area Board of REALTORS® (OABR) including Governmental Affairs for over eight years, Nominating Committee and Safety Committee which included teaching safety classes at the Board’s monthly new agent orientation. Jill received the coveted Crystal Achievement Award for leadership, commitment, and dedication in 2020 from the OABR.
Jill understands the needs of real estate professionals. She has trained and coached hundreds of real estate agents and continues to be very involved in the selection of new and existing agents to join the NP Dodge family.
Outside of real estate, Jill enjoys spending time with her husband and their two teenage kids attending numerous sporting events together, spending time with friends and she is a dog lover.
