Jodee is responsible for the development and implementation of all marketing initiatives for the company.
She oversees the day to day activities of the NP Dodge marketing team, photography and digital services while actively positioning the company, sales associate and property advertising in the best media. Jodee spearheads branding campaigns, develops and negotiates business partnerships and oversees company sponsorships.
With NP Dodge since 2000, Jodee was instrumental in launching the company’s preferred vendor program. She continued her growth in relocation then integrated business development and marketing into one team transforming the department into a full-service powerhouse. Jodee is the mastermind behind the NP Dodge “I Gotta Feeling” lip dub, NP Dodge MARTECH annual conference and the company's introduction and installation of Ninja Selling as well as the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World Agent Accelerator program.
Before joining the real estate industry, Jodee was the national sales manager for an international import and wholesale distribution company. Top national accounts included Walmart, Michaels and Hancock Fabrics. She graduated from Creighton University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing.
Jodee is a member of the DodgeCares Board of Directors and Gamma Phi Beta Sorority. She is a past member of the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World Marketing Technology Advisory Council, Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce President’s Club, president and vice president for the La Vista Youth Baseball Association, La Vista’s Working Group - Vision 84, Metro Omaha Builders Association Sales and Marketing Council member, and NP Dodge Diversity Council chair. Jodee has volunteered for Papillion La Vista Schools, Papillion La Vista High School Graduate Safe, St. Columbkille Church, and the Latino Peace Officers Association.
