Leria Bray

About Me

Leria Bray is passionate about helping her clients. With over 10 years of experience, Leria skillfully offers dedicated buyer representation, seller representation and contract negotiations for her clients. She understands the unique needs of military personnel, buyers and sellers moving across town or relocating to another state or country. She offers first-time homebuyer and new construction homes expertise as well. Leria is never too busy to personally help her clients.

There is no need to worry about changing Realtors if you cross state lines with Leria. She is a licensed Realtor in both Nebraska and Iowa. She is dedicated to making her clients’ goals her goals no matter the state the real estate needs are in. 

Leria believes in giving back to her communities. She is very involved throughout Council Bluffs and Omaha. She volunteers for the Pottawattamie County Community Foundation, Council Bluffs Police Advisory Board, Mohm’s Place, Catholic Charities Archdiocese of Des Moines, and DodgeCares. She is chair of the Fair Housing and Public Relations Board for Southwest Iowa Association of Realtors and member of the Governmental Affairs and Diversity Committees for the Omaha Area Board of Realtors. She has been a Domestic Violence & Education Advocate for the Catholic Charities Archdiocese of Des Moines and Iowa Army National Guard Family Readiness Group volunteer too.

Leria is a graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School in Council Bluffs, Iowa. She has attended Bellevue University and Iowa Western Community College. She loves spending time with her husband and two children while proudly supporting her husband in the Iowa Army National Guard.
