For me, working with clients, especially first time buyers and sellers, is teaching rather than selling. Prior to becoming a Realtor, I taught English, Speech and Drama and Journalism at Mission Jr HIgh. Because communication and marketing are the two most important skills in this business, I believe that my education has been a benefit for my clients.
Most of my life has been spent helping clients buy and sell homes. I love my job and take my commitment to my clients very seriously. I love my job and the wonderful clients I have the pleasure of serving. Having owned my own real estate company for 24 years, I know the ins and outs of the business well . Although, I believe buying a home should be a fun, "treasure hunt" experience, I also know good sound advice helps assure that you make a good investment. How your offer is written and negotiated and the terms for financing are paramount.
