We knew from the first time we met with Nathan that this would be a good fit. We brought him into our conversation about moving very early on and we were both thankful for his insight and guidance from the start. As we processed our needs and concerns he counseled us, listened to us, and asked good questions. Nathan’s high level of character and trustworthiness gave us full confidence that he wanted what was best for us. We were also very grateful that he did not rush us along. His genuine desire for us to find the right home was reassuring. Nathan took a lot of time to listen to us and asked good questions throughout the whole process. By doing so, he showed his commitment to figure out what was best for our family, helping us sort through both of our individual preferences. His demeanor was steady and calm. Home-buying is stressful by nature but Nathan’s steady approach helped each of us feel understood and reassured throughout the whole process.

Working with Nathan was a great overall decision for us. He worked with us as a trusted partner throughout the entire process.We had some difficulty early on understanding what was most important to us in our next house, but Nathan was patient and respectful toward us and asked good questions to help us be united as a family in our decision. We never felt rushed or pressured. He was also an effective communicator with us and all parties involved. We didn’t have much experience with buying or selling a home, but Nathan’s willingness to answer all our questions, coordinate in a timely fashion, and talk us through each step was exactly what was needed. Most importantly, Nathan found us the right home! He listened to our wishlist and helped us see possibility in properties we may not have considered. Nathan came alongside us and gave us the confidence we needed to go after the right home - the one we are fortunate enough to now own. We give Nathan our highest recommendation to anyone who’s in the market for buying or selling a home.

I’ve worked with realtors before and Nathan is by far the best! He made something that is usually stressful an enjoyable experience. The first thing he asked me when we met is what I am looking for for my little family. He listened to what I wanted for my boys before he asked me what my budget was. I fell in love with one of the first homes he picked for me that was what I wanted, and fit into my budget. With Nathan as my realtor I felt like I had his attention and he made himself available when I had questions or needed anything. Without hesitation, I will always recommend Nathan as a realtor!

Working with Nathan for our home buying and selling process was a gift. In sitting down to discuss future home/neighborhood ideals—it was clear that he wanted a place for our family to thrive as much as we did, not just a quick transaction. We were thankful he cared enough to reflect with us our long term vision. His direct communication was timely and thorough. We knew we could ask a question and receive a helpful, honest answer (even if that was “I don’t know, but I will find out”). We knew hesitations along the way would be welcomed to dialogue through (I.e. inspections). We experienced a desire to respect our pace in the process. Prepping our house to sell felt overwhelming—but Nathan provided a timeline and checklist that alleviated stress and allowed us to pack more efficiently. In all his simply-put explanations and calm organization, there was also a level of humor mixed in that we appreciated amidst all the big decisions.

Nathan truly talked us through every step. He was also always so on top of it! Communication was great and super fast. He listened to all of our concerns about selling and helped us understand what we could do to make the process go more smoothly. I appreciated that he was such a calm presence! Which was exactly what anyone needs during the home buying or selling process! He was always very knowledgable about what was going up in the area. He knew the comps well and I felt confident that he knew the area of our neighborhood. He absolutely put our needs first during the process of selling our home.

Nathan Moseley was absolutely outstanding. He showed us lots of homes as we refined exactly what we wanted in a new house, but did so happily and on short notice. Nathan made us feel at ease about buying and selling a home. Whether it was a late night text from us asking about a house we found or a phone call fretting that we wouldn't find "the one," Nathan was responsive and confident. He was also very honest and patient with us. When we told him what we were looking for in a new house and that we were not in a rush to sell, he accepted that rather than pushing us to sell quickly. When we gave him our "must haves," he advised us the house we were wanting would be very hard to find in our price range. Nonetheless, he worked through other angles and found us a house off market that exceeded our expectations. He was able to negotiate a deal so the house remained off market while we were doing offers and counteroffers, which meant we never got into a bidding war. Ultimately, we got a better house than we expected for a lower price than we expected. All the while, we thought we were Nathan's only client, only to find out at closing that he had multiple other clients closing the same week as us. We were shocked because Nathan was so great at working personally with us and focused on our wants that it never crossed our minds he was actually working with others too! We highly recommend Nathan and his keen eye and calming demeanor.

Nathan offered us a fantastic experience as our realtor in our search for our first home. Our first meeting with him was very informative and he helped us narrow down the style of home we were looking for as well as the ideal location. He was very communicative and well informed with answering our questions that we had. My fiancé and I both loved that he was a teacher like us. It made us feel more comfortable with him and he understood our need to find a new home quickly before the start of the school year. He went above and beyond for us during our search. He had a family trip out-of-state for about a week, but still stayed dedicated to our home search and was still in communication with us sending potential homes to look at via text/email. He also provided us with another agent on his team to help us go view those properties while he was away. We were blown away that he still was able to do these things for us while on vacation and so happy at his dedication to making it work for us. When we finally found the house we wanted to put a solid offer on, Nathan was on his vacation, but he was still able to send the offer in at a crucial time. He notified us that it was between us and another bidder and we were thankful for his openness and communication with us. He called us late at night that same day we put the offer in to notify us on the outcome. We answered the phone and he jokingly sounded sad but said, “Well…how do you two feel about being homeowners?” We screamed for joy! Nathan’s personality really makes him great at what he does! When Nathan got back to Omaha, he was ready right away to see our house in person. I was so happy to see that he had all the documents and disclosures with him on arrival that provided us all the information we needed. Nathan fought for us through this whole process. He always had our best interests in mind and constantly was there for us when we needed him. He even made time out of his busy schedule to come back to check on us and our house about a week after we moved in. He brought us a framed picture of us on our move-in day and it just showed us that he has a big heart. I would recommend him and NP Dodge over anyone in your home buying process, 100%!

Nathan would have been great under normal circumstances. Throughout our home buying process, he was always easy to talk with and obviously passionate about helping us find the perfect fit. He genuinely enjoyed the hunt, working to understand our priorities and preferences for a house, but also for the process. But our home buying process didn’t happen in normal circumstances. We moved from out of state, while I was still securing a job, and in the midst of a pandemic. In these abnormal times, Nathan excelled. When I got a couple of final in-person interviews, Nathan prepared 4 priorities for us to see while in town. As we rode with him from house to house, he answered our questions about the area, about neighborhoods and schools, and even relevant historical details he was privy to having grown up in the area. We felt confident he understood us and the market and we ended up putting in an offer on one of those first four properties. But what really impresses us about Nathan is all how helpful he was through all the complications stemming from Covid-19. He helped us find and work with a lender. He negotiated with the owners when delays forced us to reschedule closing more than once. He represented us well when the neighbors’ pool installation adversely effected the property. He was always our advocate and we can’t recommend him highly enough.

My family moved to Omaha from out of state in what had to be a quick work related move. We have moved quite a bit in the past few years and a friend recommended Nathan and I don't think we will find a better realtor. Not only was he super responsive, very knowledgable of the area, operated with integrity, provided awesome recommendations for everything from utilities to insurance agents, but he was also tasked with helping us purchase a home without anyone in our family seeing the house prior to closing. We gave him a list of things we were looking for along with some houses that we saw on Zillow that we might be interested in. He did an amazing job laying out the pros & cons of each house, taking the time to FaceTime with us while he walked through the houses, and helped remove a lot of the fear of purchasing a house without actually seeing it before you buy it. It's been six months since we moved to Omaha and my family couldn't be happier with the house, the neighborhood, and the location in the Omaha area. I'd highly recommend Nathan to anyone needing a realtor.

As first-time home buyers, my husband and I felt unsure entering this process and really wanted a relator who was knowledgeable and communicated well. Nathan went above and beyond to deliver on our expectations. He was very knowledgeable about the process and today's market. He answered all of our questions, but also provided education of the many parts of home-buying that we didn't know to ask about. He listened to our wants and needs and found us some homes that were right on the nose for what we had asked for. He was an active participant in showing us the homes and letting us know what to look for when we viewed them. The most surprising part of the experience was Nathan always seemed to be available. He would text or call us back almost immediately and was willing to view a home right when we found it. Beyond his super-human realtor skills, he is also just a great guy. He was a joy to work with and made the whole process fun instead of stressful. It felt like we were partnering with a long-time friend even though we had only just met.

I unreservedly and heartily recommend Nathan. He helped us buy a new house and sell our previous one this past summer. In the bonkers housing market of 2020, he found the perfect house for us (not easy with our list of wants and needs) and we secured it in a single weekend for less than asking price. I planned to sell my house by owner, but Nathan won our business with an insightful and detailed plan. He drove an extraordinary amount of traffic to our listing right from the start, and we ended up choosing our favorite offer among several (well above our expectations, by the way) the same weekend we listed. Thanks to Nathan, the rest of the process was straightforward and stress-free. There are a lot of realtors you can work with, but you can't do better than Nathan.
