NP Dodge is the only real estate company in the area boasting a fully responsive and “Mobile First” design from the desktop all the way down to smartphone. Even the biggest national players have opted to provide only a mobile view when visiting their sites.
Keeping our consumers in mind, the map search makes it easier for home buyers and sellers to find exactly what they’re looking for. You can search using traditional methods like our Quick Search, Refine Search and Polygon Search, or through our new Search Here tool for mobile users. The new mobile search allows you to search near your current location, allowing you to find a home while on-the-go and setting us further apart from the competition.
After conducting a search, listings that meet your criteria will appear on the map. Click on a property bubble and gain quick access to information such as asking price, number of beds/baths, photos, and many more.

We know there are other factors that determine if a home is the best fit for your unique needs. Therefore, we’ve incorporated data important during the home buying process on the page as well. In addition to your search results, other relevant information is organized into tabs for easy viewing, including Points of Interest, Demographics by zip code, Favorite and Recently Viewed properties.
Want to know what shops you’ll pass by on your way to work? Interested in finding out how far away the nearest school is for your children? The Points of Interest data, for example, will populate recognizable icons on the map, letting you see at a glance nearby businesses, attractions and more.
The new map displays provide a more interactive experience for the end user as well, giving them a sneak peek at what life would be like to live in a certain neighborhood. You can get a feel for the area using the traditional aerial view, or gain a new perspective on a neighborhood through our 45 Degree View and Street View, also found on Google Maps.
After conducting a search, the properties you’ve viewed will automatically be stored during your session for easy reference. If you find a property of interest, you can Favorite the listing to view at a later date, even before signing into your myNPDodge Property Alerts account. You can also create driving directions from any property in your results.
Share Your Saved Searches
Want to share your search results with family and friends? We’ve made this possible through our new Saved Search feature. Now you can keep the lines of communication open between your family, friends and your agent. The special Saved Searches icon next to the Quick Search at the top of the page allows you to quickly send a link to your search results via email, text message, social media and more.
