If you tend to do the same \u2014\u00a0or you want to start \u2014\u00a0we have the perfect list for you! <\/span><\/p>\n

We rounded up our favorite local spots \u2014\u00a0complete with cool shaded options, beer gardens and fireside lounges \u2014\u00a0so you can spend more time under the sun this season and less time searching for outdoor dining. Enjoy!<\/span><\/p>\n

HopCat is a destination for most fun things in Lincoln \u2014\u00a0trivia night, eclectic characters and Bourbon Pecan Pie \u2014 just to name a few. But during the summer months, make sure it\u2019s on your list of go-to patio dining. Their cushioned couches and lounge chairs are the perfect setting for a group gathering under the sun!<\/span><\/p>\n

LeadBelly<\/a><\/h2>\n

If the sun is shining in Lincoln and you\u2019re craving a mouth-watering burger, you want to be on the LeadBelly patio. Raised above street level in the Haymarket district, the space is shaded, the service is welcoming, and the beer is pouring.<\/p>\n

SchillingBridge takes the cake when it comes to space and warmth in a patio space \u2014\u00a0literally! Grab a seat around the fire pit while you sip wines directly from SchillingBridge Winery, taste homemade root beer, and eat a beer-inspired plate of craft food, like the Scottish Ale BBQ Brisket.<\/p>\n

Bread & Cup<\/span><\/a><\/h2>\n

We can\u2019t say enough good things about Haymarket\u2019s Bread & Cup, but we\u2019ll start with these: handmade soft pretzels, brunch and local market ingredients. This neighborhood favorite embraces its farm-to-table style in the kitchen which results in the some of the best tastes in town. The fact that you can enjoy a meal on the sunny patio is just a bonus!<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Bodega\u2019s Alley<\/span><\/a><\/h2>\n

Though Bodega\u2019s Alley is a famed live music hotspot in Downtown Lincoln, that\u2019s not all they do. During the day, grab a seat in the backyard beer garden and feel free to bring your dog along. You won\u2019t find a food menu, but on Sunday\u2019s you can bring your own ingredients and use the patio grill!<\/span><\/p>\n

There are a lot of things we love about Lazlo\u2019s \u2014 including its patio, pub food and craft brews. Whether you\u2019re under the shade on the <\/span>Haymarket<\/span><\/a> patio or in the <\/span>South Lincoln<\/span><\/a> garden, we recommend a pint of in-house brewed <\/span>Empyrean beer<\/span><\/a> and the Smoking Gunn burger topped with peanut butter, bacon, Monterey jack, crispy onion rings, jalapenos and sriracha-lime aioli.<\/span><\/p>\n

Legends Patio Grill & Bar began in Omaha where it gained fame for \u2014\u00a0you guessed it \u2014\u00a0the patio! From hickory-smoked chicken to hand-tossed pizzas, there\u2019s something for everyone at the table. And, during the warm months, make sure that table is on the shaded patio.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Oven has been a Lincoln favorite since it opened in 1988. Specializing in Northern Indian Cuisine and cooking in the Tandoor oven, you\u2019ll probably find a few flavors you haven\u2019t tried before. And you can find them on outdoor patio of the Oven East<\/a> or in the hustle and bustle of quaint Haymarket<\/a>.<\/p>\n
