Eddie\u2019s Catering has served Omaha since 1951, and with so many decades of experience, it\u2019s no wonder this business continues to be a crowd-pleaser! The company is modeled after Eddie Galas\u2019 original cafe, a small sandwich shop and bar in South Omaha. The business was burned to the ground in a fire in 1987, but rose from the ashes as the thriving catering business that it is today!<\/p>\n
