We are all aware that online shopping is super convenient. It sometimes even feels like magic! You click a few buttons and an Amazon stork brings a sweater to your doorstep a few days later. But sometimes it\u2019s necessary to drive to a store and run your hands through the fabric of your potential purchase in order to get a better idea of the quality, thickness and sizing.
\nLikewise, it is helpful to physically visit a house you are considering buying in order to truly take in all there is to know about the property. The way the hardwood feels under your feet, the smell of the fresh paint, the height of the ceiling \u2014 these are all things you cannot know with a few clicks from your couch. \nThankfully, you can walk through Metro Omaha Builder Association<\/a>\u2019s Fall Parade of Homes<\/a> in order to get up close and personal with an amazing line-up of homes for sale. This parade is open to the public and will take place on the following days:

\nThursday, October 8<\/b> 3-6 p.m.
\nFriday, October 9<\/b> 3-6 p.m.
\nSaturday, <\/b>October 10<\/strong> 12-6 p.m.
\nSunday, October 11<\/b> 12-6 p.m.
\nEven if you\u2019re not in active pursuit of a new home, the parade is a wonderful opportunity to observe builder quality, get design inspiration, or simply give some purpose to your casual afternoon stroll. This event is completely free and open to the public!
\nIt is certainly worth stopping by as many properties as possible in order to get the best overview of the neighborhood, but we have picked out a couple of our favorites.
