A classic craft for all ages, painting pumpkins is a simple and easy way to engage\u00a0young ones\u00a0this season!\u00a0Just grab a few pumpkins from a local\u00a0<\/span>farmers’ market<\/span><\/a>\u00a0or\u00a0<\/span>pumpkin patch<\/span><\/a>\u00a0(many\u00a0are offering no-contact pick\u00a0up this year!) and let\u00a0the\u00a0kids go to town with some paint. We recommend using\u00a0tempera paint or any kid’s washable paint, which are easier to wash\u00a0off\u00a0skin. And if you can, make a 50\/50 mixture of school glue and\u00a0your\u00a0paint so when the paint dries, it won’t flake\u00a0off of\u00a0the pumpkins\u00a0and you’ll be able to keep them for many weeks to come.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
