Over the past decade, a new food concept has\u00a0<\/span>taken the country by storm<\/span>: food halls. Offering craft beer, spirits, wine,\u00a0<\/span>breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert all in one place\u2014food halls are like modern food courts featuring local restaurants and other small businesses.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

But while the idea has\u00a0<\/span>spread out all over the United States<\/span>, the concept entered the Omaha dining s<\/span>cene<\/span>\u00a0just a few years ago<\/span>\u00a0in 2015 with\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Flagship Commons<\/span><\/span><\/a>. Since then, we’ve seen two other food halls pop up across the area,\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Inner Rail Food Hall<\/span><\/span><\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span><\/span>The Switch Beer & Food H<\/span>all<\/span><\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
