Established in 2007 as a subsidiary of Cornhusker Bank, Lincoln First Realty is a family-owned residential real estate company with more than 45 experienced REALTORS\u00ae serving clients throughout Lancaster, Seward, Saunders, Otto, Gage, Jefferson, York, and Cass counties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLincoln First Realty has built a premier real estate operation.\u201d said Nate Dodge0, CEO of NP Dodge Company and great, great grandson of the first N.P. Dodge who founded the company in 1855. \u201cWe have admired Lincoln First Realty from afar for many years. Our shared values and similar cultures will allow us to build on our combined strengths of serving clients. Pat Elgert, president of Lincoln First Realty, will join the NP Dodge leadership team, along with managing broker Lea Barker under the leadership of Jill Anderson, with NP Dodge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m very proud of the success Lincoln First Realty has had since its founding 14 years ago,\u201d&nbsp;states Elgert. \u201cWe&nbsp;now look forward to new ownership with the NP Dodge Company and the many opportunities they are able to provide to our agents, employees, and the clients we serve.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This announcement marks the expansion of NP Dodge Company into the state\u2019s capital.
