NP Dodge Announces the Appointment of Travis Svendgard

Omaha, Nebraska – November 29, 2021 - NP Dodge Real Estate is proud to announce the appointment of 148Dodge Broker Manager to Travis Svendgard.

 

Travis Svendgard has been named the Managing Broker at the 148Dodge Sales Office at 501 North 148^th Street in Omaha. 148Dodge joins Travis’s existing offices, Washington County Office at 1449 Washington Street in Blair and the Tekamah Office.

 

Travis has been with NP Dodge since starting his real estate career over 20 years ago. He began his real estate career as an individual agent before becoming a partner of the top producing NP Dodge Real Estate team, Your Home Team. For the last 7 years, Travis has been a managing broker for the Blair and Tekamah offices. "We’re proud to have Travis take over management of our 148Dodge office. Travis is a member of the Omaha Area Board of Realtors Diversity Council and Washington County Habitat for Humanity. Previously, Travis was a member of the NP Dodge Advisory Board and Blair Historical Preservation Society. He is a lifelong resident of Blair. He is active in the community and serves as President of the Blair Family YMCA.
