Yesterday marked a very important day for the NP Dodge family.
It was a balmy 36 degree day here in Omaha, Nebraska and NP Dodge had our groundbreaking for the new 204Dodge office blocks from where the first N.P. Dodge set up our original homestead.
“We feel like we are coming home” said NP Dodge Company President, N.P. “Sandy” Dodge IV. “This office will have an open and spacious feel to it. It will be the office of the future. We are building this office with the sales associate and future clients in mind” said President, Mike Riedmann.
We were joined after the groundbreaking for a celebration by agents, business partners, local businesses and employees at Sempeck’s Entertainment Center. Speeches were given by Nate Dodge, Sandy Dodge, Mike Riedmann and Nancy Bierman, the broker manager of the new 204Dodge.
Features of the new office:
– Blue slate, open space, eight conference rooms, multiple size offices, innovative open collaborative design, 11,800 square feet, generous parking, computer bar, charging stations, USB stations, patio and more!
Currently NP Dodge has 13 sales offices located in Nebraska and Iowa. Two of those sales offices are located on Dodge Street, 35Dodge and 129Dodge. This office will be managed by Nancy Bierman who currently manages our West Pacific office.

We are excited to be a part of the Elkhorn community and we are looking forward to developing our business and personal relationships” said Bierman.
204Dodge will be opening in the winter of 2013.
