The NP Dodge MARTECH14 Summit was held Monday, October 20, at Mammel Hall on the UNO Pacific Street Campus. Over 300 NP Dodge sales associates attended this free, educational one-day event. NP Dodge Real Estate is the only local broker to offer a summit of this magnitude. Jodee Drake-Soto, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, selected eight speakers to conduct keynote and break–out sessions about the latest advancements in marketing and technology. All one hour sessions were approved by the Nebraska Real Estate Commission as Broker Approved training hours for the NP Dodge associates.
The day kicked off with a continental breakfast and a special welcome from Nate Dodge, president of NP Dodge Company. Mr. Dodge opened with his vision and support to the NP Dodge associates. MARTECH14 offered a wide range of accomplished speakers, including keynote speaker Lou Izzo, the President and CEO of Real Estate Leadership from Williamsville, NY. Mr. Izzo recruited over 4000 real estate agents and over 20 competing branch managers in his real estate career. His presentation was titled “Evolution of Real Estate Agents…Hang on Here Comes the Future.” After lunch in Mammel Hall’s atrium, the mid-day keynote message was presented by the renowned Victor Lund, Founder of WAV Group and Founder/CEO of RE Technology, Arroyo Grande, CA. Mr. Lund travels to multiple listing services as well as leading real estate and technology conferences around the world. Mr. Lund also works with the nation’s largest 100 brokerages and largest 10 franchises. Mr. Lund’s presentation was titled “Managing Listing Syndication”.
In addition to keynote speaker presentations, MARTECH14 offered 9 breakout sessions featuring top-performing speakers who shared their award-winning strategies. Presenters included Glenn Shimkus, Founder of Cartavi and Vice President of Product Management at DocuSign, San Francisco, CA; Shawn O’Neill, Regional Vice President of Sales for 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty, Denver, CO; Katelyn Shields, Inbound Marketing Lead for the Enterprise Network and booj, Denver, CO; Tyler Olmsted, Front-End Production Manager for Enterprise Network and booj, Denver, CO; John Heaston, Publisher and Editor of Pioneer Publishing, Omaha, NE; and Jacy Riedmann, Vice President of Amoura Productions, Omaha, NE.
