NP Dodge Real Estate broke ground Thursday, December 11th for 148Dodge, its newest and largest residential sales office. The 148Dodge office is the second NP Dodge sales office to be constructed this year and the sixth NP Dodge office to overlook Dodge Street. A brief ceremony marked the coming of this newest technologically advanced sales office with Mayor Jean Stothert, City of Omaha; David G. Brown, Greater Omaha Chamber CEO and President; Mike Riedmann, President of Residential Sales; Heather Bullard-Hanika, 148Dodge Broker Manager; N.P. ‘Nate’ Dodge V, President of NP Dodge Company and N.P. ʻSandyʼ Dodge IV, NP Dodge Company Chairman of the Board.
Nate Dodge stated, “Today we break ground for our now newest and largest sales office, 148Dodge. With this being our 6th NP Dodge office along Dodge Street, I am proud to say we continue to build to meet the ever-changing needs of our sales associates and clients.”

148Dodge will be located at 501 N. 148 St, Omaha—northwest of 144th and the W. Dodge Expressway. The new 14,100 sq. ft. office will serve all area home buyers and sellers and be home to more than 100 REALTORS®. Some of the features will include charging stations and USB station outlets for a totally wireless office, two large conference rooms and other various meeting rooms, private workspaces and a clear story for open space and natural light. Of course as with all NP Dodge offices, 148Dodge will also provide an in-house First National Bank loan officer and NP Dodge Title Services representative.

Following the ground breaking ceremony was a reception held at the Fox & Hound at 120th and Dodge. This reception allowed attendees to view the floor plans and rendering of the new building and to socialize together and celebrate the new office!
